Code of Practice References: Skill information may reference official codes of points from gymnastics governing bodies. These references are used for educational purposes and remain the property of their respective organizations.

6. Safety Disclaimer

IMPORTANT: Gymnastics and acrobatic activities are inherently dangerous and can result in serious injury or death.

The information provided on Acro Index is for educational and reference purposes only. By using this Service, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • The content does not replace proper professional instruction from qualified coaches
  • You should never attempt skills without appropriate training, supervision, and safety equipment
  • Skill progressions and training should only be conducted in properly equipped facilities
  • You are solely responsible for your own safety and the safety of those you train
